Chocolate City boss, Audu Maikori has filed a lawsuit against the Nasir El Rufai led Kaduna State Government. The suit is based on the infringement of Audu’s rights during the incessant arrests by officers of the state police force on the governor’s orders.
Audu is seeking an award of 10 billion naira as damages.
