The duo of BOJ and Ajebutter22 are set to release their first collaborative EP, Make E No Cause Fight. BOJ and Butter have been collaborating since many years back. However, this would be the first time the duo would work on a single, joint project.
Ajebutter22 posted on his Instagram today that the extended play would be released on the 18th of May, 2018. Further details on Make E No Cause Fight are yet to be released.
Make E No Cause Fight is a witty and catchy title for the EP. For observant followers of the duo, the title may just have added up, because the duo have once talked about it.
A couple of weeks ago, when Ajebutter22 ranted about not receiving a nomination at the 2018 The Headies, BOJ had tweeted at him to focus on making music for his fans. Then he tweeted that: Make E No Cause Fight.
Ajebutter22 and BOJ seem to have established a pattern for this EP. Although, one cannot be too sure about it. The first single of the EP is titled “Yawa” with the one of the two acts bearing a club.
“So we no dey smoke gbana, I’m cool with marijuana, catch me outside, if you fuck up na yawa” ~ BOJ sang in the hook of the song.
The EP is worth waiting for, Butter and BOJ have a long history of making records worth reckoning with. Make E No Cause Fight should not be an exemption.
