Popular dancehall singer, Patoranking, has charged Nigerian artists to be conscious of the type of music they make.

The singer told HIPTV that it was important for artists to make songs that they could replicate with ease after ten years.

“I want to make songs that I want to perform in the next ten years. That’s why every of my song I make sure that I can perform them live.”

He said he was often taking his time to create music so that in the end he would be proud of the output.
