Iyanya has confirmed his exit from the Mavin Records label.

The singer made the confirmation during an interview with Beat 99.9FM, Lagos, yesterday.

Iyanya said he left the label because it was time to move on.

“I’m now signed to Temple Music but I’m a Mavin for life. It was not a beef. I was there and it was time to move on.”

His deal with Mavin was only a few months short of two years before he left the label.

The singer is now signed to Temple Music Company who equally has Jeff Akoh and Bisola of the BBN fame.
